BUYING AND RENTING A CONTAINER

What is the process of purchasing or renting a shipping container?

Contact us with your requirements (size, type, duration). We'll provide a quote, and after payment, delivery or pickup will be arranged.

What types of storage are standard containers best suited for?

Yes, we offer rental options. You can rent first and decide to purchase later.

Do you offer financing options for purchasing shipping containers?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Financing is also available.

What sizes of shipping containers do you offer?

We offer 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft standard sizes. Custom and 4-cube options are also available.

Are your shipping containers new or used?

We offer both — new (one-trip) and used (cargo-worthy or wind & watertight grade) containers.

What's the difference between cargo-worthy, wind and watertight, and "as-is" containers?

Cargo-worthy: structurally certified for shipping. Wind & watertight: protected from rain and wind, best for storage. As-is: no guarantee, budget option.

Are your containers weatherproof or insulated?

Standard containers are weatherproof. Insulation can be added as a modification.

What is the lifespan of a shipping container?

A well-maintained container can last 25–30+ years due to its steel frame construction.

Do you offer customization options for shipping containers?

Yes! We offer doors, windows, insulation, electrical, plumbing, paint, and living space conversions.

Do you sell containers with modifications already done?

Yes, we sell pre-modified containers including ISO certified and living-ready options.

SITE PREP AND DELIVERY

How are the shipping containers delivered?

Containers are delivered via tilt-bed or flatbed truck. The site must be clear for truck access during delivery.

How much does delivery cost, and how is it calculated?

Delivery cost is calculated based on distance and location. Contact us for an exact quote.

What do I need to do to prepare a site?

The site should be level. Gravel, concrete blocks, or a paved surface works best. Truck access is required.

Do I need a foundation or can the container sit directly on the ground?

Containers can sit on the ground, but using corner blocks or concrete footings is recommended to allow airflow and reduce rusting.

Can I come see the containers in person before buying?

Absolutely! We are located in Washington, UT. Mon–Fri 9–5, Sat 10–2.

Are there any permits required for placing a container on my property?

Permit requirements depend on local zoning laws. Check with your local municipality. We can guide you but final responsibility is yours.

What kind of maintenance do containers require?

Regularly inspect for rust, check door seals, and do paint touch-ups when needed. A properly maintained container lasts for decades.
