Founded in 2005, we began our journey in Southern Utah, offering new and used shipping containers. From day one, our mission was to earn the trust of our local community by providing honest, reliable solutions. At the time, Southern Utah was experiencing steady economic growth, and the demand for flexible storage from new and expanding businesses was on the rise.

By 2010, we saw an opportunity to better serve those evolving needs. We began offering custom fabrication — adding roll-up doors, man doors, steel doors, windows, insulation, electrical packages, and paint. This opened the door to new uses: not just storage, but also custom offices, retail spaces, coffee shops, and even small homes. Customers became more creative, combining and stacking containers to find affordable, functional solutions.

By 2023, as housing prices soared and economic pressures mounted, we were increasingly asked: Can you build a real container home? While we loved the concept, we faced major roadblocks: structural limitations, permitting issues, and concerns from cities and banks. It became clear that our community needed safe, affordable housing that could still capture that container-inspired aesthetic.

So — we reimagined the concept from the ground up.

Later that year, we developed a fully engineered, steel-framed housing system using insulated panels and rigid steel beams. These builds mimic the look of container homes — but they’re stronger, fully customizable, and designed to meet building codes. Best of all, they’re now eligible for traditional bank financing (depending on local zoning and permit regulations).

In 2025, we’re proud to partner with local builders and contractors to release this new line of homes — crafted for real-world needs and budget-conscious buyers. We’re currently expanding throughout Utah and preparing to grow into neighboring states.
